Who Can Vote Absentee?
Tennessee allows absentee voting only for specific qualifying reasons, such as:

Earliest you may request a ballot: 90 days before Election Day

Latest the Election Commission may accept your application: 10 days before Election Day

The Election Commission must receive your completed ballot no later than the close of polls on Election Day TCA§ 2-6-303(b)
